Private Pilot Licence - PPL(A)
The aim of the PPL(A) course is to train the student pilot to fly safely and efficiently under Visual Flight Rules.
The privileges of the holder of a PPL(A) are to act, but not for remuneration, as pilot-in-command or co-pilot of any aeroplane engaged in non-revenue flights.
An applicant for a PPL(A) shall be at least 17 years of age
An applicant for a PPL(A) shall have completed at least forty five (45) hours flight time as a pilot of aeroplanes
